1. Definitions

"BrilliantCanvas", "we", "us", or "our" refers to BrilliantCanvas Pty Ltd. "Client", "you", or "user" refers to any individual, homeowner, architect, or business entity accessing this website or engaging our services. "Services" refers to stretch ceiling consultation, laser site surveying, supply, and installation works.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this site strictly for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to compromise website security, introduce malicious code, or scrape data without express written permission.

3. Ceiling Supply & Installation Scope

All descriptions of translucent, matte, acoustic, and high-gloss stretch ceilings on this website represent standard technical specifications. Precise installation scopes, lighting integrations, and structural backing details are documented separately in formal project contracts following site surveys.

4. Quotations & Commitments

Preliminary estimates generated through our online forms are non-binding estimates based on dimensions provided by you. A legally binding installation contract arises only upon mutual execution of a formal BrilliantCanvas project agreement and payment of the designated deposit.

5. Currency, Pricing & Taxes

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all prices quoted on this site or in formal estimates are presented in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) in accordance with Australian taxation legislation.

6. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Access

Installation dates are scheduled upon receipt of approved drawings and custom membrane fabrication. Clients must ensure clear, unimpeded access to rooms on designated installation dates, including access to primary electrical isolation switches.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients or their appointed head builders are responsible for ensuring wall substrates (drywall framing, brickwork, or concrete) are structurally sound and capable of supporting standard perimeter track tensile loads (up to 30kg per linear metre under tension).

8. Intellectual Property

All brand marks, logos, technical drawings, imagery, and text on this website remain the exclusive intellectual property of BrilliantCanvas Pty Ltd and are protected under Australian and international copyright legislation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all published articles are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for informative architectural purposes without express or implied warranties of commercial fitness for a particular project until verified through a physical site survey.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 Cth), BrilliantCanvas Pty Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime or delays caused by third-party freight carriers.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrilliantCanvas Pty Ltd, its directors, and technicians from claims or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Force Majeure

BrilliantCanvas will not be held responsible for project delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, port closures, severe weather extremes, or sudden municipal power disruptions.
